Prasanna Kumar owned and trained TACTICAL COMMAND is uncut in this set. Last run over 1200 metres in a Div - 1 contest it finished 4th ,that day jockey Y. S srinath hooked the horse tactically and finished 4th. Today in this set it is almost impossible to get beaten. Will surely finish in top two spot. Hope jockey S. John will surely give his fullest effort.
